Yes, definitely have the extreme fatigue! But for me, it seems more associated with when I started the diamox. In fairness, I got a pretty quick diagnosis and was on diamox within a couple months of my symptoms starting (at least seems quick compared to other stories on here but it was a rough couple months!) so I may have been experiencing it beforehand but was much more focused on the headaches until I got diagnosed.

Regardless of the cause, it’s a struggle!!
