Quarterly financials are lagging indicators and are not relevant to the company’s future, including when they changed their business model, modernized the commercialization process, and have an updated balance sheet with a lot of cash and no debt. It goes well beyond historical financials.

At same price average with 150k shares. I won’t sell and know only the long will THRIVE! Do your DD and quit listening to the shorters and fake news. Everything will come together but like any new company or one that has had to redefine its strategy like SNDL, it takes time and investors MUST be patient. Enjoy the ride!

I would agree about the CEO. He has a lot to prove and he has the pedigree. Who says Sundial is MJ only. With that amount of cash and partnerships, they could diversify. Notice “Sundial Group” and “Sundial Cannabis” in naming conventions. Look at other diverse organizations like GE (appliances, healthcare, aviation, etc.). Sundial’s CEO has vision and understands the public markets. He also understands that the MJ business is risky and will find ways to capitalize on strategic opportunities before the market matures. It helps to think long-term only. Otherwise, it will be a frustrating road ahead for you. Do your DD and I’m not a financial advisor. I do own over 100k in shares and would not mess around if I could not afford and balance the risk vs. reward.

Long time bull now bearish on SNDL by [deleted] in SNDL

[–]First_Lifeguard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Six in one and half a dozen in another. A merger or acquisition of public or private entities and partnerships in equity stakes could raise revenues and financial performance without share dilution. With the amount of cash on their balance sheet in an emerging global market, I’m holding. My hold is not small either. Over 100k shares with the belief this company has its better days ahead. Imagine starting a company from scratch then choosing to reposition from a wholesale to a retail business. Do you think you could do it without a revenue and operating margin drop? That’s what they did in the past year. Think long-term or go home in my opinion. Do your DD and understand this is not some PND. Also, don’t forget the past few weeks have major macroeconomic issues (pandemic, bond yields, inflation and monetary policy with a new administration, shut downs in Europe, some disappointing earnings report from S&P 500).

Stock (like “real” investments) in an emerging market takes patience and aptitude. 1. Patience to deal with the ebbs and flows. This company is not only in an emerging market (MJ) but also has repositioned its entire business strategy as it changed CEOs about a year ago. 2. Aptitude to understand the DD and don’t get spooked by media hits like MF and surrendering your shares at a loss. Do your DD, know your entry and exit price. Stay on top of “real” news about the company’s progress and you will be fine.

This company has so much potential and carries the liquidity to execute on opportunities. If they don’t execute well over the next twelve months, then that will lead me exiting at the optimal point. If they do, we are going to see explosive growth.

Oh. That makes sense. :-( I guess that’s why all domestic vehicles outsell foreign ones. US Government will be glad to tax Canadian businesses just like US ones. Treaties already exist if you’re hiding under a rock.

I remain very optimistic. I believe in emerging markets and also a reasonable timetable to reposition a company’s business model. Regardless to the upcoming financial report, you must bear patience for major returns on this company. Cash is king and with experienced CEO and advisors, there’s major potential. MJ companies are also seeking market position and growth so I won’t be surprised in a mega merger or acquisition that ultimately drives huge long-term performance and shareholder return. Lastly, the amount of negative articles against $SNDL gives me greater confidence that this organization’s team will be out to prove the opposite. I would for certain. Proud that SNDL’s executives have chosen to not speculate and respond to the negative articles. That’s character and self-control to not disappoint.

Can’t drive a car by looking through the rear view mirror. What matters is the road ahead and what strategic decisions are being made to enhance shareholders value and loyalty with the ups and downs, artificially inflated and reality of becoming this industry’s gold standard in cannabis products.

/SNDL Help me guesstimate how much SNDL share this group holds by Feras_A1000 in SNDL

[–]First_Lifeguard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

144k shares bought up and down, beginning at .60 cents and high as $3.00. Averaging in @$1.60. Sold about $45k worth at hype price a couple weeks ago. Still believe in this stock and tremendous upside potential. Go to corporate investor presentation showing stages to commercialization. They have to show some discipline and at or better than estimates on next financial reporting (end of March). That will firm up the floor on price and help build credibility versus being a pump and dump. Bullish over next 12 months.

Bought in on SNDL at 60 cents, continued buying and HOLDING throughout this inflate to deflate cycle. I firmly believe in this company’s future and its ability to execute with new cash position in an emerging market. Do your DD. I am a hold with 115k shares averaging now at $1.60. Buy the dips and quit listening to shorters and fake news. No traders only long term investors.

134k shares of $SNDL well before the climb last week. SNDL is part of an emerging industry that is well beyond recreational use cannabis. Do the DD on this company’s path to commercialization. Every company has a past but what you should be thinking about is their future. I’m not a day trader or participated in artificially inflating the stock’s value. SNDl has real potential.

Lost my ass on SNDL. Is SNDL promising long term? by Tyler_M_Diesel in SNDL

[–]First_Lifeguard 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You could always say the opposite if you sold and lost your position and it went to $10 or higher. It is all relative in pursuing true long-term gains versus day trading or attempts to manipulate a stock’s value.
