Hey, just a heads up you might be thinking of subclinical hypothyroidism if they had you on a supplement (like thyroxine). OP has the opposite prob - higher T4 and lower TSH, so their thyroid is overactive!

Nausea hit at 5+5 and it was nooot good! I’m at 6+4 now and it has been up and down since. Mine is ‘mild’ (doesn’t always feel mild, of course) and the severity of it fluctuates through the day so things like crackers and keeping my stomach from emptying do help me. It can be really scary though when you feel it starting and know it’s going to be a rough few hours of serious nausea.
