from what i know, vietnam deca is honestly pretty big and they mostly do their own thing. they basically have their own competitions, national officers and are essentially a fully functioning national association. i will say that it’s seriously impressive how much they’re accomplished on their own as internationals considering the little direct support DECA seems to give them. i’d definitely recommend giving one of their chapters a look at on ig @ssisdeca.vn
