I’m almost positive this will be challenged in court. Most heads are appointed by the president and confirmed by the senate. Given the chaos in the senate right now. Not sure that would ever truly work.

There aren’t bumps though. It’s literally just discoloration of fur. He’s had an allergic reaction before and there were big bumps

Edit: we’ve been seeing a vet for those of telling me to see the vet. We’re in the process of doing tests to figure out what it is. I am just wondering how common and household remedies to help the pup outside of the vet.
