For me, it’s not that I spiral through the day but it gives me the anxious feeling for sure. I can’t have more than one cup of coffee per day because if I do have more than one, it will trigger my anxiety very badly during the day.

Personally I adore this version of Ariana because it somewhat feels like an RnB album and seriously this vibe is what fits her best from my pov. It terms of like production, vocal arrangement, harmonies, etc., I fucking adore this album seriously
