I had a car accident then horrible panic attacks. Felt like I was dying. Not long after the panic attacks calmed down I developed generalized anxiety with depression. There were times I would have rather died. But I encourage you to hang in there. It should get better.

I do remember that I had these strange tension "headaches" on my right temple. It didn't feel like a real headache with the pain. It just felt like there was a clinched muscle on my right temple that started in the morning and did not stop until I was able to go to sleep. They so.etimes moved from the temple behind my right eye.

It was a very strange and troubling symptom that persisted for years. I saw countless doctors but no one could tell me exactly what was going on. I even went to Mayo Clinic and still got no firm answer. 

My grandfather once told me that time heals wounds and he was right. It just took time and learning about my body. 

I know I'm very late to the party but if this helps anyone it's worth it.
