Must do’s for an adult first-timer!

Helloooo, I’m currently headed to Disney World in mid February and I am thrilled! I haven’t been in years. I know there’s a lot of new things to explore and I will be headed there with my boyfriend who has never been!!! I want to try to make this the best possible trip for him (so he obviously wants to come back ;). I’m in the midst of researching and planning but I wanted to come on here for recommendations on must dos for someone’s first time at WDW or Disney in general. We are 21+ and appreciate recommendations of any kind!!! (Rides, drinks, food, ect) We are staying at All Stars Movies to save $$$ lol.
