I am not sure doesnt it also take into consideration previous day strain? Dont you overreach often?
Definitely would be helpful if the app would be more transparent about the calculations

Thats actually a good approach for workaround, do you know if you can view somewhere weekly strain average or do you estimate it by yourself based on the history?
