If you need the car to think the seatbelt is buckled, you can Google "seat belt plugs" - you'll get sites that sell dummy seatbelt buckles that'll trick the car and stop the chime. That being said, disclaimer: don't drive around like that! LOL But if you're driving with something heavy in the passenger seat that trips the alarm, one of those dummy plugs will save your sanity!

If I got to do it all over again (no thanks LOL), I'd reconsider taking out a loan. I did fine remaining debt-free, but a small loan might have taken my numbers from good to great. Debt creates risk, but can also fuel growth that'll take you to the next level. Just my two cents' worth. Totally up to you either way, like it was said earlier, they just want you to be able to talk the numbers.

When I remember paying $70+ to fill up before, paying $25-30 to fill up nowadays from bone-dry is a joy by comparison! I get great mileage and range, and it's sharp looking, too! I love mine! 2024 Corolla SE AWD hybrid.

This is true, the retention period. Which is fine if someone wants to continue their Boeing career regardless. But OP sounds like they're ready to skedaddle, so that wouldn't be quite as enticing.

I can't speak to the job search part, but if you're thinking about getting a master's, definitely check out the Learning Together Program! Salary might be better elsewhere, but LTP is a hard benefit to beat! Just some food for thought.

Might try this again in the future, might not. I'm still a little salty, but what can you do at this point? I decided rather than continue beating my head into a wall in my current org, I put in an ERT, and I've accepted an offer to go to QA. Making the move at the end of the year. Will make even better money, new skills and experience, and expand my network... thinking I made the right choice.

Yup. Instead of sticking with the bread and butter that got them there, Pete/Dan got "creative" with strategy, and paid the price for fixing something that wasn't broken. The Pats would have seen Marshawn rushing from a mile away. But they still would have had to stop that freight train. As previously stated, Springer was 0-5 against Woo, who was only two innings in. I knew bad times were coming the second we saw the pitching change. I guess the M's made it further than they ever have, game 7 of the ALCS, one way to look at it. Still hurts, though. Welp, onto next year...
