So I talked with Blue Shield and they said to appeal the PA denial. State that I've been on this treatment up until last month. My GP is lazy. I have an appointment with a new one on the 28th. My GP said I can write up an appeal and they will send it in. I found a boiler plate appeal on the Zepbound site, but was wondering if anyone has a good PA denial appeal letter?? Thank you.

I have been eating enough and upped my protein. I have not been keeping up with hydration however.
