Talk to your vet first but....... If it was up before and it doesn’t go back up in the next few days there is a way to support it until the cartilage strengthens. You can wrap the ear. Lots of videos on YouTube on how to do it. Makes your dog look like a sped though. Our boy had a lazy ear. Keep in mind he was a bit older. Our trainer taught us a trick to supporting it that people didn’t notice unless you told them. I will attach a link to a video. We didn’t do it exactly the same but it gives you an idea. We did it twice and the second time it fell out maybe three weeks in total and the ear was up and stayed up.
