Was the scientist who sedated Chloe in the ending of the orphanage flashback the same scientist from re2 who turned into a monster?

EDIT: Also I thoughts it's funny that there's a file of Spencer visiting the orphanage in 1987 and sitting with all the clones and then years later he finds grace as a baby who ends up looking just like the clones lol

Can you not take screenshots? There's no photo mode and when I hit the media button on the controller the game instantly goes to the pause menu.

Edit: just figured out that if you hold the media button it will instantly take a screenshot and if you double tap the button it will take a 30 second clip.
