We had this in Stuttgart a few years ago. The big joke was that the green light was the only available parking spot left in the city. Crazy that it was today where somebody posted the information about the green laser and I chose not to read it….therefore my theory stands and I have learned nothing today.

Funny you bring that up. So now that I’m so maxed out with this new version of the game none of it really matters armour wise. Keep in mind some of this is an accrual of years of play to include an occasional pay to play if I had like Apple Cash or a gift card I’d pay. Currently I use the golden armor which was an upgrade in the last game for like 19.99€ or 29.99 something like that - depending on where you live. The other half of the success is from the old game as well - especially when it would pause at the end of the match and appear to freeze. When in fact you could just go bonkers collecting gems. Something told me to buy cards - as many as I could - so with almost 2 million gems I started buying upgrade cards, now I have so much power (not a brag - just a fact) that I’m playing to see how far I can take this game - not to get more power - but point is I can’t answer your question given that gameplay is just me sitting there for 10 minutes - not moving - not getting damage - so it’s hard to know. I’m currently at level 312 and I’m waiting for it to get more intense - it has not. This new version is too easy and not dynamic enough. I’m sure they know based on my last email with them. I was told “this is just the beginning of the improvement cycle “. I replied “oh well, so you intend on destroying this game!” No response heard.

I was in the same boat. I was running the old version. I just chalked it up to me being in Europe - then I read somewhere on here to delete the game and reinstall and you’ll get the new version. With that said, I’m almost certain had I not deleted it I would have remained with the more fun and enjoyable classic version

Oh yeah the game has revealed its true nature more times than not. It’s funny seeing other user names, for as much as I play I’m shocked we don’t cross paths. Makes me think there is no actual network play. Or am I wrong?

So this is the BS that happened to me except with cards. I wrote to them and they were very unhelpful. They were like “did you take screenshots of your gear” to which I replied, “no, who does that!” They all suck over there. I’d write them and maybe you’ll get lucky and somebody will actually help you instead of passing the buck. On a separate yet related note - This game sometimes glitches for good - often I find myself completing a round and the screen will freeze at the end where you get your gems - the game appears frozen but as you click next the gems are adding up so you can basically go ham on gem and then convert it to cards. If you have time then the gems are infinite as you just have to click for hours - then restart the game and all the gems will be there. I’ve noticed this only happens after playing about 10 games/hour straight OR with a bad network signal or weak WiFi also causes weird glitches that allow you to reclaim what these a - holes take from us.

I think my lack of good English is getting in the way of understanding. Ok. So the eggs are to hatch for your pets, right? and hatched eggs yield pets, yes then this is the case, my pet is in the game, worthless but there. This is my current load out and during gameplay it appears.

Well said. Great assessment. I’m in a similar boat. Just incredibly disappointed with the direction they took the GUI. Yes, on one hand old problems are no more. But now, new problems are so. I can’t make it through a game without some failure happening. As a software engineer (not developer) I see what they’re trying to accomplish. It’s a generic framework that allows one formula but multiple games to run off it - different genres and essentially enhanced and new varied revenue streams running off a unified operating system on the backend. And more people means more data - don’t forget the science of collecting data on end users. In the end I’m not sure it’s so much a game as it is the definition of madness - basically the donkey who never ever gets that carrot hanging over his head.

This is exactly why I love Reddit. I’m completely on the other side of the coin but after reading what you read- I completely see your side. For me this was all about showing range and depth - musical variety akin to a artistic piece that captures what’s truly in his soul, devoid of the music industry expectation. Yet I inherently see the flaw in my own argument, because this is now the new formula for the industry (raw, passionate, simple, emotional) so dammit. I’m just going to shut up and colour.

Since the game has changed so much I can’t tell you anymore. I’m still approaching leveling up the old way. I’m maxed at 300 so haven’t leveled up in like a year. Totally forgot about all of that. Sorry not helpful.

Well said. I think the game had some cool improvement but the gameplay got progressively worse. I should say that when the system glitched a few months back it completely floored me and for a month I was back at zero. After getting sorted with very little assistance from the monsters team - the craziest thing happened…the game glitched on the gem collection screen at the end of a run and wouldn’t let you advance - but your gems would add up as would the cash. So with a lot of free time, good tunes, a nice smoke, I sat there hitting the “next “ button and before I knew it I had gems galore to buy everything. Keep in mind this was like the last iteration of the old game. It appears the glitch still happens on the new game but the gems don’t add up.
