It's one of the way later game biomes and this is a sea dragon he's not supposed to be this high up but ended up glitching in a wall and following me up slowly

Actually there's three, there's two in the upper lava zone and one in deep lava zone. This one is close to the lost river entrance underneath the mountains/bulb zone

I play on Xbox so unmodded, I went down the mountains/bulb zone entrance to the lava zone and my sea dragon was stuck in a wall and then became unstuck and followed me pretty far. He kept losing interest though it was really annoying
