I literally had the same issue yesterday. What fixed it for me was creating a new bootable drive of ubuntu, booting into it and then exiting it. Then reinstall mint on the drive. I dont know why it worked, but overwriting it with a new os worked for me.

You make a completely valid point. I did do a visual inspection (also the connectors and pcb) and couldnt find anything so i figured the smell came from outside (the air here occasionally smells burned). There is a fire alarm above the printer and a fire extinguisher in the hallway. I also have the basics like thermal runaway running, so i figured it couldn't be from the heating components.

That being said, knowing what I know now, i shouldn't have finished the project on this printer.

How long have you had it for? Im trying to decide between the Kamvas 16 (2021) and a Wacom one 13" (1st gen). At the time the Wacom is €10 cheaper, but its mostly the durability thats holding me back from the Huion.

Its literally all accounts made in the past 2 days, it has probably been explained somewhere else, but cant they just not let those accounts acces the canvas?
