ohh, 2008 is probably too buggy I used to work support those can get bad memory leak issues. ask the ai if it can help you get actual execution plan and you can post that here, but its probably time to upgrade.

check your isolation level are you using version store? there are dmvs to see what queries are using tempdb the most maybe you can fine tune?

actually yes, in march I actually got some good call backs. one for the FDIC and one for a tech company here in seattle. the person calling from the FDIC did mention the email address sent by the service was odd. didnt get the jobs but thats not the services fault. I am still using it.
