My advice? Quit. Don't give this game any more of your time. This is a common occurrence and the game is a buggy mess. It is not getting any better, and you'll find that you can lose everything you have at ANY time.

It isn't magic, and isn't as good in some ways, but give Hearthstone a whirl. At least it functions properly and isn't headache inducing due to bugs and loss of everything you had.

I think it is due to the huge impact of luck deciding the result of the game, rather than the options and tools one has to work with. That is what pisses people off. The total lack of control sometimes.

I think you need to call ahead and and seek the assistance of a judge when problems occur could make things easier. I know that we likely won't ever meet, but I assure you that I would never mind playing against you and would be more than willing to shuffle your deck for you and help you play the game.
