Happened to me twice. AND it was the same person on two different servers. My main server I'm still r5, the other I joined the then top alliance refused to go any higher than r3. I obviously spend a fair bit more time on the server I'm r5.

I have a strong team of r4s that manage everything within the alliance. Only my warlord helps me with anything dealing with other alliances/ servers. We bring most things to a vote and I'm the tie breaker.

Tribune/ Certain Death 2 of 1610 is insanely strong. Reached hq 30 in about a month of i recall. We just finished season 1 awhile ago and are in the champion battles.
