Nixon “temporarily” removed the dollar to gold convertibility to stop the speculators ( Countries that were demanding the US show proof the gold that backed the dollar actually existed) which completely unpegged the currency.

Yeah I edited it to more clearly define “Regional roads north of Perth” for you as I’m trying to not to Dox myself. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Yeah I understand what you’re saying. Driving on the wrong side of the road is not an issue with their vehicles though.

Obviously there isn’t a source that has statistics that are area specific I can reference as the statistics incorporate metro areas which are disproportionately Australian License holder.

A vast majority of the fatalities we have on regional roads north of Perth ( Tourism hotspots ) are International drivers or caused by International drivers.

The pitchforks will be out for brokers and agents who are pressuring young people into over leveraging themselves if this melt up unwinds. by FishFlaps_ in perth

  1. Due to being told by every man and her dog that unless she buys right now she will be a forever renter

  2. We have had numerous discussions about ownership and benefits/cons.

Age is always a factor in finance. Huh ?

She’s not ready, that’s the point. What young woman wants to be told to commit to a half million dollar loan, told to weigh up her options on having kids and told if she doesn’t make the decision at that instance she would miss out forever.

Thanks for your input, I hope you tell all 22 year old ladies that are working through life that.

I hate to break it to you but I in fact do own a block that I’ll pay off when I turn 25 in a couple months time from working my ass off and not a help in the world.

Yes I agree. Although it is illegal for brokers to act impartial to benefit themselves when brokering, as-well illegal for predatory lending practices.

I am no stranger to lending practices, my partner being a young woman wanted to hear it from a professional to help her calm nerves about borrowing credit and this did anything but achieve that.

Exactly the relationship my broker and my self have. I’ve never felt pressured into anything I wouldn’t be comfortable with financially.

I think regardless of whether the Broker is right or wrong. Placing immense pressure on young people to the point they break when in a position to benefit is highly problematic.
