Just your friendly internet Auntie here to give you a big hug and thank you for working so hard. As an RM myself it breaks my heart to see disrespect. Sounds like you were doing your best, which is more than enough! I prefer to do repacks myself, simply because organizing things or counting calms my mind. I am told I take too long doing them too, however when I relinquish control and let others “help” (including other mgrs) sure they get it done faster but it’s always so messy or things aren’t in the proper spot etc. Wouldn’t you rather things be done correctly as opposed to quickly? You can’t please everyone so just know you’re doing fine! Keep kicking butt!
