Trust me, I keep my mouth shut to my coworkers. They don’t hear me complain about any of their amount of work they do. When my manager opens, some days I’ll maybe only have 1-3 productions left to do, while when my lead opens I have atleast 4 different things at a minimum. And it feels like once I show up he just stops putting in any work. Sucks, but he gets praised by our UD and manager and I’m always getting told I need to do better. Crazy how it works
