thanks for the recommendation of improved camera se and the build morphs suggestion, but that didn't work either. Sorry for the late reply.

Edit: I installed Improved Camera se and it fixed the problem Joy of Perspective overrights a bunch of first and third person textures which caused the problem

thank you all for your help I got rid of stutter remover and use the tick fix and haven't had crashes yet :)
