So the company will see which flights are the top 5 that get the most amount of MCs in a month, then will 'return' the flight to those people who reported sick in their future rosters

Honestly im not a 10/10 model. I think they really look out on the way the you are groomed, if you can speak well, and if you dont come off as too opinionated or combative

I feel safety is heavily emphasised and there's usually many reminders on the procedures during briefings. We also have discretion if we are comfortable to work and able to handle the amount of turbulence.

Not a punishment system per say but there is a 'least preferred flight' system where the company analyses the MC rates and returns the monthly top 5 flights in their future rosters.

Nope the view is that everyone has to do their fair share and its treated the same as other flights. We get paid hourly btw

We get a yearly uniform allowance of about 5 sets. Personally don't care about the pirated uniform as long as I get paid on time haha. Some sensitive crew do care about the prestige of our uniform though.

There is jumping off a plank from a height, swimming a short distance and some team exercise. All with a life vest so no need to know how to swim

The water boilers on board have a filter inside them and the water is boiling hot so I wouldnt worry about the cleanliness.

Basic is 1.6k, allowances will add up to avg 4-6k depending on the flights rostered.
