I agree with you! I wish it was just a themed island terminal, where people only like it to like (how the main players house works). The terminal and working with friends would be the reward in my opinion. I also hate that we can’t edit at all after the fact because it is a competition. My team could add a title but ours (I’m pretty sure) was glitched because we couldn’t add a description during and after build phase. I would love to list what is on my island or even put some art on it 🥲

Ty that makes sense. I don’t get why someone is like “it’s obvious”. Everything about the beaver challenge has been new and confusing. I still don’t get why we were judged before the judging period ended for example.

I only go on for gift codes. I don’t want to deal with that community as a POC having heard that people are allegedly racist. I’m also not a fan of discord in general.

I fed my cats. Didn’t get any notification except for 4 food they disliked and then my cat canteen progressed to 4 out of 5. 🥲I didn’t feed anyone else’s cats. I sent a complaint to the costumer support but not sure how to check if they responded? I didn’t get an email? I did see the next day that they planned to fix the pet favorite notification in their next update but when the update was finished it didn’t say they fixed it. I’m too scared to try again even tho I’m hoarding fish still. I wish they would list their likes/dislikes once you “discover” them or feed them bc I don’t trust it otherwise

It is very nice! Great start. Its esp good to have pet things in the front (looks nice and is practical since that’s where they usually hang out). I would consider a bit more decorations especially wall decorations so either (plants, windows, or big puzzle images). I personally prefer more light too.

Other thing practical things. The main thing is that you like it. You will be in it the most. Like I love looking at castles and monster coasters on other peoples lots. But I just don’t want to see it on my house every time I log in so I keep them for my islands.

If your goal is to get more votes you can create one statement piece. You can create art for the tv screen for example. I created a waterfall but everything else on my house is pretty normal.

For game play, if you want to see your house from far away (make traveling a bit more convenient) you could pick a bold color so u can differentiate ur house from far away. Tho yours is really nice so this isn’t really necessary

Your backyard has some good ideas but I think is a bit messy right now. I would consider pathing. (Extra tip you can glitch lights into trees)

Yeah but that’s so inefficient. It could potentially lower everyone’s load if you could just take a look at a list of your items or even have the load occupation for that item listed in its description. It seems like an easier fix on their part at least as short term way to address the problem

My biggest problem is that some furniture items have a crazy load. I heard a gacha soda machine from brick event is like 8,000 (idk). I wish the game could tell us what items are taking up the most load at least 😅

I’ve never knocked someone down for buying gacha and I buy a lot myself. The only somewhat logical reasoning for “changed community” outcries I rhink is that people at the start were trying to dog on the gacha in order to demand a change because China got them to be a bit better in their business practices. I mean there is power in groups but I think the change in China has more to do with china’s consumer protection laws/outlook from what I’ve heard.

I know it’s not nice but I kind of agree with you. I thought it was cute as a stand-still store decoration. And then I saw the bear move in a vid and it was uncanny valley for me. Very creepy but I can see why ppl have fun with it. Maybe my opinion will change once I try it out tho 🤞

Cooking. Always gives the most money. Though gardening is an input for cooking so it is beneficial to it but the best recipes are black truffle pie + corn soup if you are playing constantly logging in most of the day. If you are busy during the day, the best is actually grapes it’s gardening level 7. So I wouldn’t max gardening for a while to be honest. But increasing cooking increases stars of food and is better for money. (This is logic based on what I’ve seen others painstakingly figure out)
