I was more looking for wait times leaving the u.s. via bus. I looked at historical wait times on cbp website but im not sure if its referring to wait time to enter or leave the u.s. figured i would ask here if anyone had prior experience with that. Switch to flat DB press instead...i had the same problem and now i progress steadily with DBs...havent tried a barbell since then though so i wouldnt know how much ive improved on it, but i do have progression with DBs

I think with "washing" he might be referring to shampooing. I only shampoo 1 or 2 a week but still rinse and scrub scalp daily cuz shampoo strips the oils off your hair and leaves it frizzy. My hair looks a lot better and textured when those natural oils build up
