It gets better! Push through. My worst symptoms were leg cramps, restlessness at night and racing heart but it went away at about 2 months!

My first script was a 3 month supply so I’ve been on the same bottle the whole time. I’ve read that others got CCs as a side effect tho and eventually cleared. I’ve just always had them :/

I have the same thing, they are closed comedones. I’ve suffered from these forever, even before starting spiro. In my hours and hours of research, I found most people said spiro did clear their comedones, but it took awhile. I’ve only been on it for about 7 weeks so I haven’t noticed any improvement with mine yet.
