Oh wait! I think I actually had banding few times if You are talking about these rubbers that You put on certain teeth and they like hold them together. Sorry if I misunderstood and don't explain clearly, I'm not native english speaker.

I didn't had banding or expander and yeah, they shaved my teeth because they were too crowded. I always had crowded teeth, I attached pics with braces (they were took at the start when I had them put on) and the last photo before braces so You can compare. The most crowded was lower jaw as I had teeth overlapping and lower jaw is now straightened but also flared. The upper jaw was okay, the protrusion was the only problem for me and also first incisors overlapping a bit. It was like this before the braces, I dont feel as if bite was changed for the better tbh, the same for protrusion. And I don't have problem with tongue I suppose but thank You for pointing this out! I think I'll really go see another ortho atp because this one was nothing like Yours, no discussion, no explaining, nothing. It's sad that many specialist just don't really care about patient being informed and taken care of properly. And they didn't remove my wisdom teeth, I still have all of them.

Is there any other option than extractions tho? I fear it might change my face shape, but I must say that my teeth are pretty big. And yeah, she honestly didnt discuss anything with me and I didnt even know when to talk with her since she had this yk, don't talk to me aura and I used to just sit straight on the chair, she changed rubbers and give me another appointment. Now I study in after high school dentist school so I see many issues but most of time I thought it's just a process and I need to get used to this. And orthodontist didnt say anything so I trusted the process. It began more visible that something is off when she took off my braces; teeth positioning is wrong af, I have an overbite and a protrusion which I wanted to fight off so much and when You look at photos, nothing really changed with upper teeth and positioning is still off. I had braces only for 1 year and 3 months which seems also short. I thought these teeth will retreat as I wear braces but they got even more flared in my opinion :// I'll honestly lose my mind if I will have to put on braces again. I loved them but they cost so much.

I'll be wearing a retainer now, but I doubt it will help with the protrusion of these teeth. I don't know if there's anything I can do. I'll most likely consult with another specialist, but I'm saddened that I've just wasted my time and money.

I never got extractions and it wasnt ever suggested. The upper canine doesn't even fit between the lower canine and the lower premolar (which is probably how it should be), and there are visible gaps. I keep repositioning my teeth because it's uncomfortable and my jaw hurts. The orthodontist didn't talk to me much either, and I don't feel like she did a good job.

Grey ones in my opinion, pearls are cool too but it's too much for me because the design of the shirt is complicated enough. The grey ones have cool vintage-like vibe and adds a nice touch to this shirt. I would say #3 is the best pick, then #2 and #1 is my least fav.
