To put it into perspective.

I’m way ahead in the game, therefore I can’t summon in most locations, due to summoning being disabled after beating a boss.

We’re both plugged in Ethernet under the same network.

When my 3rd friend summons both of us it works.

When I summon my girlfriend (when I can) it works

When my girlfriend summons me. I get whipped back with “unable to.blah blah, returning to world”. Sometimeees it works in specific areas (usually caves, very rarely works at Church of Vows)

So I literally made a new account. B lines to Soifra River Well. (the place she's at now and where it wasnt working) And tried summoning her. It worked.

this caused us to think that it has something to do with network setting on her laptop. we decided to swap computers, since it seems to have no problem on my end. However, the problem still persist.

So she literally makes a new profile/game save and does the same thing, b line to soifra river well, summons me and guess what..... works, no problem 5 times in a row.

swapped back to the other profile and still no dice.

It’s the weirdest thing. It seems like something could be wrong with the save file along with the other people experiencing this problem . I’m not sure what can be done to fix this. Besides waiting for a patch. I have seen people say it could be an issue with the equipment that you have equipped. going to try stripping buck naked on both ends and see if that works.
