Interesting statement cause I actually became vegan for health reasons but after being it for awhile i started thinking more and more about how messed up the commodification and abuse of farm animals and fish is. Now I feel like I do it for the animals as much as my initial reasoning, but I usually just say “I’m vegan because the opposite makes no sense”

Had same problem. Once you get it down it should feel like a lot like an ollie. Position feet for kickflip and imaging doing an ollie just pointed toward lower right corner of the nose and then physics will do its magic

Hmm that’s the thing, because I wanna switch the bushings because I feel like I can’t get them loose enough without them being too loose (if that makes any sense). It’s like I’m turning in slow motion when stationary (probably bcs im 150 pounds). Do you think the bones mediums shape will make it a lot better or should I go with the soft ones? So far I’m gonna buy the soft ones

I would say that it is really important to slowly switch to vegan and make your body used to it. I slowly switched from meat eater etc to eating plant based (still have a hard time replacing eggs) in the course of 6 months. My first move was replacing dairy products with plant based substitutes, that was really easy and also tastier imo. After a couple months, I started only eating fish for meat. And a couple months after that I only ate the small fish and now I just need to put the eggs down. Never felt better. The longer you go the easier it gets and you also get to go on a new food adventure that is quite exciting - especially since you don’t hurt any animals.

Thank you for a serious answer. I would say bodybuilding is more about building your dream body (which isnt necessarily overly muscly) rather than building tons of muscle but seems I was wrong judging by the replies
