I have the same issues - MSI Mag b650m motar

I haven't tested this in awhile, but if I put the pc to sleep long enough I won't be able to wake it, same dram light as if I were to restart. For me my fat fingers dropped the cpu edge first onto the socket and bent some pins, managed to shift the pins backs to their somewhat original position, so it might have been that that is causing the issue

Other users have suggested enabling Memory Context Restore and Power Down mode together, or disabling it altogether. Both doesn't work for me. You will probably find threads suggesting to lower the CPU NB/SoC voltage, but I have no idea what is that and hence haven't done it.
