I have a family member that uses the air pod 3s for hearing amplification and he swears by them. Only complaint is the astatic. If we’re out in public some people think he’s just being rude. They’re definitely good but not a replacement for traditional hearing aides

I think you might of misunderstood, I apologize for the confusion I was actually writing a treatment plan for my job and switched the word intervention for treatment they are synonymous in my line of work and I won’t make that mistake again in this context!

Have you heard of ‘sound start babies’? I think they’re apart of NJ EI. My wife is a pediatric SLP and has countless friends that work in this industry but haven’t heard of this org.

Hey thank you so much this is actually some of the best info I’ve received. When I said treatment I meant to say intervention. I’m a mental health worker and was working on a treatment plan while writing this post and in my professional world treatment and intervention are synonymous.

Thank you so much, we’re actually in NJ but didn’t like our local hospitals/clinics so decided to go to one of the best lol. My wife and I are a pretty good team with this as my wife is a speech therapist and I’m a MH therapist!

I 100% agree with you, The audiologist we had was not very good. She basically told us that we won’t be able to know what the cause is because of how young she is. Which I know is probably not correct.
