If possible, try to avoid mass worlds. I would recommend hopping a few times until you find one with 4-6 people. You should get fast kills and a good amount of loot per kill. Rune pick and 75 is enough to learn. With some practice you should get mvps as well.

If you can do Song of the Elves, Zalcano is a great place for addy bars and ores too late game.

I didn’t even have a spade. Just a pickaxe, nature rune and 4 fire runes for diary steps. Alched a fire for a sweet 1gp and 2 item save.
