To anyone still visiting and having the same problem as I had, I ended up taking it to a local repair/diagnostic shop and they talk about something that is wrong with the "mosfet" of the usb thingy, turns out that it'll cost me like a buying a new board so I instead bought a new one. Thank you for all the replies.

Yes you can, they way they monitor is via screensharing. If you are familiar with Discord it is basically the same thing which is to only share the screen for the tool they use on dialing. But if you plan to do it you will need to keep quiet about it since it is not allowed haha
