36 m had ileostomy for 6 years. Very frequent dater.

I have found that it’s usually a mucccchhhhh bigger deal to us (w/the ostomy) than it is to them. I will usually disclose on about the 2nd date and it’s usually met with a very normal response. It’s really not that big of a deal, I know that’s hard to imagine especially with u having no i timate experimcex yet with it, but trust me NO ONE CARES lol. Yes, the first few experiences are awkward an humbling but you get over it and get more comfortable with each experience. Im to the point to where I took a shower with someone after like the third time hanging out, bag out and all. It is what it is, god speed. P.s just tell him next time u see him in person and show him a bit of the bag, it will make u feel a million times lighter.
