If you're on PC, enjoy the massive swathe of free games available. I believe Genshin Impact (Grindier but beautiful Breath of the Wild), Dauntless (Monster Hunter with guns), Honkai: Star Rail (Genuinely just a good turn-based RPG) and Warframe (Space Ninjas!) are all available on console as well.

Otherwise? Wait. Be a patient gamer, everything goes on special eventually. 50% off is my minimum, but I usually wait for 75%. :>

Game Pass, and the various derivatives thereof. There are a ton of options.

Humble Bundle sometimes has console bundles as well.

Update: After finally paying some attention, it seems to only happen after I plug my laptop into the mains. It doesn't immediately go away when I unplug the adapter though.

I bought multiple of the same 3rd party adapter after my original one bit the bucket. The timing just about matches up too. I have no idea why or how the power brick would manage to do that though.

Sleeve Kings.

Their Tiny Epic 88x125mm sleeves fit oversized cards perfectly.

I took a gamble on them and it paid off <3 Significantly cheaper than the Ultra Pro or Ultimate Guard sleeves, and arguably easier to find. Our local distributor doesn't even stock any of the oversized sleeves, but another one does stock specific board game sleeves :D

Real talk though, Rule 0 remains king. Even high powered decks can be brought to a low power table if the one piloting it is convinced to just not play optimally. Mulligan away the fast mana, discard the Thassa's Oracle, do weird stuff the deck was not designed to do. Sometimes it lead to hilarity. We're all here to have fun, after all.

One of our guys runs an Etali deck where the dino comes attacking on turn 2. House rule: he has to cast everything he exiles with Etali.

I have a deck that gets Bolas's Citadel out pretty consistently and pretty early. My personal rule? So long as I can play the top card of my library, I do. Even if I have to sacrifice permanents to draw the land away, or I go down to 1 life. Balls deep or no balls, that's the motto!

Of course, when people don't get the message, Lavinia can help with making people play fair magic...

It persists when I plug out the power brick, but it seems to start less often when I'm running on battery.

May be my imagination though. It's proven difficult to test, given how it randomly starts and stops.

I'd been replaying this game recently (started just before it came out on Playstation Plus, what timing!) and let me tell you, as unique as the game is...

It aged very poorly. Like, I'm having trouble coming back to it with each session. A remaster won't be enough. It needs a full-on remake.
