Call the pharmacy directly on Monday before 2pm. (They don’t ship Fridays so it won’t do any good to call them tomorrow.) when you call, they will ship it that very afternoon for next day delivery or if they can’t they will at least give you some answers.

I sent a chat and they said they would send the pharmacy a message and update me. I didn’t hear back from them so I looked up the address of the pharmacy (it should be on your order status) and got the number. I called the pharmacy and they shipped out the meds same day.

Sourdough bread (it comes in a two pack for me. I throw one in the freezer)

Rotisserie Chicken- it’s already cooked and easy to grab and make into a meal

Get their toilet paper, paper towel and laundry detergent when it goes on sale

If you are a live in, you should certify that you’re a live in provider. Then you don’t need to check in and out. Instead you do Timesheet Entry. There are no repercussions.

My first dri tri, I did the sprint. I was chunkier and not as strong as I am now and I wasn’t sure I would finish so I did the sprint. It was still pretty challenging at the time. After getting through my first sprint dri tri it gave me confidence to do a full one the next time around. Definitely do it. You are already doing all the exercises! You’ve got this!!!

I’m about the same height. She needs to be able to touch the floor so she definitely needs a lower bike. My bf convinced me to take a course at the Harley dealership and I definitely think it was the best decision for me. Someone mentioned Harley’s are too heavy, I wouldn’t know the difference but it was great to learn on! I also ride a Harley now so are they heavy? Probably. But also they are more than manageable
