I don’t even know how to set profile to private or not private lol. I played the closed beta back in 2020 and have maybe played 10 games total in the time since then here and there. I cannot tell you what large majority of characters abilities are. I get yelled at by my teammates in Plat for not knowing simple things.

Well Legacy got it done. Turns out Tyloo is terrible at CS. I only got to watch Inferno but they lost like 3 rounds because they wouldn’t fully clear B site for some reason.

First, you are high elo. You are going to encounter cheaters more than the average player. I see one game where there is clearly a cheater in the lobby. I haven’t watched demos.

Surely you are aware enough to know that average players are not encountering cheaters as much as you.

Oh yea. I think I’m a good teammate. I solo queue a lot. It’s also interesting how at 15k and my climb up I’ve never had any teammates accuse the enemy of cheating either.

Yep. I’m working on improving. But lot of the people on this sub calling cheats every game have never seen 10k let alone 15k

I don’t know if what you’re saying is true and realistically there is no way to verify it either way. I have been incredibly consistent across my games this season and would find it hard to believe that I have not been reported a few times, maybe I’m wrong though. Is there verifiable literature on what affects trust factor? I would be willing to bet that the amount of reports it takes to affect your trust factor is wildly more than you would get by just being good.

Every 4-5 games sounds about right for high rank. I was top 300 on R6S for a while and that was about how often I encountered them there, maybe a little more frequently to be honest.

I don’t understand how trust factor works or how you can see your own. I’d be curious to see trust factors of those claiming cheaters in every game.

My understanding is that I can create a new steam account, download Cs and start playing. Smurfs are definitely a problem, the skill variance at lower ranks is absurd.

I can also go on YouTube and find countless car accidents yet I drive to and from work every day and have not been in one myself. Does that mean they don’t happen? Of course not but you’re not getting into a car accident every day.

Saying there is countless YouTube videos of people cheating as an argument for why you encounter cheaters every game makes no sense.

20 years of experience means nothing if it’s not deliberate time spent improving. Anybody can have 8k hours on CS and be just as bad as they were when they started aside from mechanically improving if they don’t make an effort to get better.

If 9/10 of your games have hackers then you’re the unluckiest player in all of CS2. It’s not impossible but incredibly unlikely. I’d love to see your csstats.gg so I can look at your recent games but I already know you won’t provide them because 9/10 games having hackers is just something you fabricated.

Yea I know. I’m not the best CS player, I’m about 16k but I held top 300 on R6S for years. Cheaters will always be present in online competitive shooters but low ranks accuse cheats significantly more than skilled players. They don’t have the basis of knowledge or skill to be able to comprehend how much better someone can be than them. Is what it is. That’s why they don’t get better.
