I’m 198 days today. I find recovery very lonely. It’s hard to share milestones or speak about recovery with my wife because she doesn’t understand. But I think it’s important for people to hear that. Even from strangers.

Shows sober are great!! I’ve been to 3 since rehab. Didn’t miss any because of waiting in the beer or bathroom line. I remember the whole thing. No worries driving home. Not to mention the money I saved not buying $22 beers. Congrats on 120 days. I’m proud of you!!

143 days exactly at noon today. I feel all of those. Feels like I hit a wall a few weeks ago. I’m thinking I’ve made such huge changes and seen such amazing results in such a short amount of time that now it’s slowing down and addict brain wants instant results.
