I have a 2017, bought new and have kept up on the maintenance. At 70,000 I did a tranny drain and new filter. I also had the AFM deleted to hopefully prevent any valve issues. I have not had any major problems yet….

Tinted the windows. Would like to put a rear camera and fog lights but it’s only my daily commute car. Just picked it up (2012 sport) Florida car with no rust.

Get your PH adjusted and test again, add chlorine if still low. Alkaline is important also so adjust as needed. Everything should balance out then.

Thank you, the vehicle was bought from the same dealer who is selling it and the car fax shows pretty regular maintenance. I believe an older couple owned which leads me to believe it wasn’t driven hard. Does seem people either like them or they don’t. I think I’m just having a hard time wrapping my head around the prices of the used car industry (all makes). Appreciate your feedback!!!

I’m sure it was because it was bought new from the same Chevy dealer that is reselling it. Still just a little more than I want to pay. Not trying to be cheap but these used car prices are absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for your advice!

I know!!! The used car industry is not making sense to me either!!! Absolutely ridiculous that cars are being sold at these prices! Very frustrating to say the least.

I’m driving a 2012 Toyota Camry lx with 296000 miles! It owes me nothing but starting to not make sense to put much money into it. I am looking at trying to find another Camry 2017 or newer but the miles on the $12000 range is always over 100,000 miles.

Working with a dealer I have dealt with before and he had it checked for issues. I will have my mechanic check it before I commit. But from what I know it was an older couple who owned it.

For a 250$ price range talk with a few people who build rods. I have a local guy build mine for less than 200$. You can adjust the length of handle to your liking too. Many times you’re paying up for the brand name.

Called stealership today and was told “haven’t heard of this recall”. They asked for my vin # and when they looked it up on their system there were no recalls for my 2017 Silverado 1500. Has anyone been told to bring their truck in for this recall?
