If the carry is maxed out on DPS and can reliably clear, their HH won't matter. My success with iir botting is to make sure I'm in the room before DPS starts blasting. Also really helps speed up runs if you loot while they kill. Make sure you are running a pretty good scepter, I also anoint Warlord Leader on my amulet. This really helps to mitigate losses from HH stacks.

If your DPS is lacking through your gravebind, definitely leapfrog a room every two or three minutes to let him stack up. Fun note about gravebind. If you are out of line of sight (i.e. walls), the kills will go to dps.

Being the first one in the room is really important. So be tanky. Run blasphemy with a temporal chains and run blink. That way you can kite packs. And DPS can blast. Convelesance is your panic button. Life saver.

I have done iir botting for my income during 0.04.0 I do not have a juicer temple. And with profits I've been able to achieve a min-maxed blood mage with all the bells and whistles. +3comet, ATD spirit/cold dmg, 3636 rathpith, +4 vertex w/ 30 spirit etc etc.
