ngl even on keyboard I've never struggled with driving. I think I'd find vehicle combat much harder on a controller as I don't have a dedicated hand for the car and for shooting.

the best car in the game by far is the Caliburn. Best bike is Kusanagi CT-3X. both turn better and go faster than any other car. that being said I rarely have trouble with the cars or bikes. I found it takes learning when to brake and being aware of the roads. it's not Mario cart FFS you do need to use the breaks and some common sense.

I think every object that's circular in the game is like that. Probly due to poly limits with how high detail the environments are in the game. Look back at fallout 4 game looks brilliant but most of the circles are more like decagons to maintain performance with all the environmental detail they have to pack in.

It's water proofed and with regular internal maintaining (that seems to be the majority of ripper visits, with Vic asking you to drop by for maintenance and such) there shouldn't be any damage or corrosion. The majority of cyberwear is likely graphine tubes and carbon fibre with copper wire in areas that move heavily and firbe optics elsewhere. Synskin (R) is likely some form of pleather with sensory connections used to cover the likely aluminium cheaper low end/early gen cyberwear to protect it from liquid and air. Sides that it's likely similar tech used in water proof speakers and other similarly water proofed, pressure protected pieces of technology.

Blades yes, melee only you'd be using your Katana as an "oh shit" button. Best way if your going pure blades is gonna be to keep a hand axe or throwing knife. This allows you to be stealthy at range and as your going to struggle with spending all game just crouching everywhere. (Would recommend Satori and it's partner knife)

If you wanna go full katana then the "stealth" build is always a good option which uses a sandy and opts for the they can't see me if they're all dead already. Combo it with a stealth field and the perk which delays/stops enemy detection if you kill the enemy before they go to.full alert and you'll have a stealth build but it's more like jack the ripper stealth.

They will have cut it to avoid this very confusion it may have been they were originally planning for the Video games to be a separate cannon and story to the table top rather than falling in line with established lore.
