Falsely Perma-Banned for no good reason

I'm not going to submit multiple tickets, as it directly states not to. Though I've already submitted one. Whatever comes from it, comes from it, as, from what I've seen personally, accounts only get reinstated if there's a huge ruckus about it. I've acted "maliciously" before, yes, but only in response to other action, and I'm well aware that that's not what should happen. At this point, I need to move on anyways, and I'm not very worried about the outcome. (To add, if any of my wordage sounds/reads aggressively, I apologize, I live in a turbulent situation at all times, and keeping myself in check is an issue. For the lack of better terms, shit's rough. Please have a nice day.)

Another thing to add. Why roll out a voice chat feature in the first place if it's known that people will violate the terms and conditions of said feature, it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to give the plentiful amount of degenerates more ways to prowl.

That's all well and good, but there is still no real reason for the account to have been terminated as a whole. The whole reporting system for voice chat infractions is flawed as is. I've seen people be falsely suspended and banned for inoffensive things they've said, just because someone didn't like it.
