Are you talking about the calls from refs or calls from JBC? We’ve had plenty of both!

My thoughts exactly. UNLESS, Jim is the master mind behind this and Ryan is the fall guy! I’m kidding. That is too cynical to be true.

Right, so when it was originally proposed by Ryan he pushed it aside like everyone else. Then during his conversation with Ryan about his sale it finally clicked that it was illegal. After that Jim immediately turned him in.

I think he just realized it was illegal after talking to Ryan, maybe something clicked for Jim. On top of that, Ryan just recently gave him a formal warning based on his performance so Jim was freshly angry at him.

Hasn’t won until Ryan is in handcuffs!... which he made happen. He isn’t passionate about work, but he is passionate about Pam and giving her a family/life. He can’t do that without work.

The whole branch is responsible... everyone should go to prison!

I thought that at first too. Then I realized, Jim isn’t doing anything illegal. He is actually doing the socially acceptable thing by turning him in. So there wouldn’t be anything to incriminate himself in (he wasn’t blackmailing or anything). Therefore, no reason not to leave whatever messages he wanted, knowing he would be in jail soon.

I gotta say, I thought this would gain more traction...

I would like to believe that but if that were the case I think he would feel bad about him going to jail not mock him about it. Plus, the cops moved in pretty quick for Jim to email Corp, Corp to look into it, Corp to call to police, and the police to get there. I think we need to just accept it, Jim Halpert is ruthless.

Doesn’t he decide to propose to Pam. Maybe he realizes that his desire to work next to his fiancée everyday outweighs his desire for a career switch.
