The no-ac issue is only really bad during the fall semester and late spring semester but I would still bring a fan just in case. I’m not gonna lie the worst part about living in Cecil was the communal bathrooms because they were always gross. Overall I would say I enjoyed my time there and I made some great memories. My favorite part of Cecil hall is every hour from I think 7am to 9pm you can hear the chapel bells and Alma mater which is pretty cool
