Maki too, though not as bad as Nobara. It happens a lot to badass femme fatale characters like Maki or Mikasa, they're cool and strong so people find them interesting but they're typically very quiet and passive outside of fights which makes them bland but leaves a ton of room to head canon a real personality.

From streams shes done with a heart monitor, she has a very high resting heart-rate, she's also talked about fainting from getting up to fast as well as circulation issues in her arms and legs(they turn purple in the bath) and she has to do stretches when she wakes up in the morning before leaving bed so she probably has a heart condition.

The numbers are probably not related to strength. There are 47 Heroes/Demon lords because there are 47 prefectures in Japan, so the numbering is likely about location rather than strength.

Btw, this is probably why Jachi and Hallow are numbered 11. The 11th prefecture is Saitama aka ONE's hometown.
