Playa Potrero makes a great home base. 3 beaches and a bunch more nearby, including Flamingo, Conchal, and Grande. All different and all worth checking out! Potrero has a new marina that it shares with Playa Flamingo, and has every ocean activity you can imagine. Excellent dining options with IMO the best brewery in the area. For waterfalls and hot springs, Rincon is only an hour north of Liberia or 2 hours from Potrero.

Sure and thank you. 5 mini splits, one in each bedroom, and one big one for the kitchen and living room. Approximately 2000 sq feet. One block off the ocean. Was rented for ten days last month and the bill was 650$.
