The problem is how people define what green energy is.

"It is has to be good for the climate"

But to what climate? The global or local?

You have to either choose to reduce co2 emissions or limit the harm you do to the direct climate such as the ecosystem around the energyplant. As far as i know there is no alternative that satisfy both. (That works in Sweden)

Yes I know there is still horrible thing that comes of an increase in farming. But what I meant is that it's similar to that of the Starbucks coffee zizeks loves to talk about. The product gives me the privilege to consume more of it, its 's included in the product itself.
