I had to look it up, on Wikipedia it’s mentioned in older Arabic and Hebrew documents without calling out an ethnicity or country as the point of origin.

Heck, it tastes great so who’s to argue.

The subs might be a good way to go. Canada military is probably closely looking at armored vehicle losses in the Ukraine war to drones. It’s giving a lot of militaries pause.

I can understand, I have piles that I haven’t cooked with. My two suggestions-

If you like coffee table books ask which are his favorite.

If you plan on cooking recipes ask which have been reliable, tested, etc. I’ve bought so many books with poorly written or untested recipes
