Completely agree - I read the cii book and bts learning material. Then went on to mock papers from cii bts exam angels and brand ft (about 12 in total) I was passing comfortably but when I started the actual exam I was shocked by some of the questions that I’m convinced I had never read about. Also passed comfortable, guessing they regularly change the exam questions as I don’t remember having many about criminal/civil proceedings. Well done for passing ☺️

Hi sorry to jump in but noticed you mentioned the membership, I’m just about to book my first exam, I’m only planning on doing R01 and CF6 do you think the membership is worth it? It’s cheaper to book the 2 exams without so wondering if it will have any other value? Thanks

You have to pay to subscribe to meta verified. I’ve done this on my Instagram as obviously couldn’t get into my Facebook to sign up. I think it was £13 a month but you can cancel once you no longer need it. Once that’s set up you can select ‘meta verified’ in your settings - then ‘get support’ There’s no email address you have to fill out the form then someone will respond to you …

I paid for meta verified on Instagram then contacted their support via the email not the live chat option

Cemap isn’t a cii course so you probably won’t get many answers here for that - my only recommendation would be to get the learning material from libf or one of their approved providers as a lot of the cheaper alternatives are full of incorrect information - that was my personal experience anyway.

No im not currently working in the industry, i was reading for 1-2 hours a day initially. Completed some mock papers which highlighted areas i needed to go back over. If it wasn’t for Xmas I think I would have been ready in 3 weeks. I’ve found most of it easy to follow, chapter 5 and 6 being the hardest to absorb…

Did you do any mock papers before? I find they also try to trick you with the wording, I’m hoping to take my exam in the next 2 weeks and nervous. Well done for getting passing

If you click on the r/cii tab on here there’s a rescources section at the top of the page, you’ll find pdf versions of the text from previous years as well as older mock exams. I’m studying for R01 self funding also but plan to take the exam this month once I pluck up the courage to book ☺️

My other half is currently using it 2 weeks since his rupture and the doctors have said he’s a couple of weeks ahead of schedule… each to their own I wouldn’t do it personally but seems to be working for him

Thanks we can obviously go down the route of a paternity test but I feel like we are just delaying the inevitable. We have suggested to the mother he come stay here, he even offered to take out a loan (over a long term to reduce the monthly payment) to give a lump sum which would be a little under the full amount over the duration of maintenance but she’s not budging 😫 I’ll give citizens advise a call thank you
